I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate your health with so much information available today. With conflicting information at your fingertips, it can be hard to know what is right for you. That is why I dedicate time towards educating my patients, ensuring they understand their health and the options available to them. By providing personalized guidance, I empower patients to actively participate in their health journey and make informed decisions about their care.
Prior to pursuing naturopathic medicine, I received my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. I then attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) Toronto campus where I received my Doctor of Naturopathy and was awarded the Governors’ Award of Excellence for graduating at the top of my class. Upon returning home to Vancouver Island, I pursued additional certifications in IV therapy, acupuncture, and prescriptive authority in order to offer a diverse range of tools for patients.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I have a natural connection to the west coast and always knew I wanted to return home to practice.
Outside of the clinic, you can most likely find me exercising at the gym, spending time outdoors or with my family and friends, walking my dog, or listening to Beyoncé.
